What data is required to participate?
We require standard HR data at least once a year, representing a minimum of 26 data fields on your entire workforce. Most data is readily available in your ERP/HRIS system.

Is my data secure?
SullivanCotter protects client data in transit using encrypted transport (TLS 1.2 or higher) and protects data at rest using encryption (AES 256), least-privilege access controls, and centralized secrets management. We also scan user-uploaded files for malware before storage.
