What data is required to participate?
We require standard HR data at least once a year, representing a minimum of 26 data fields on your entire workforce. Most data is readily available in your ERP/HRIS system.

How does membership support decision-making?
Data membership equips an HR team to make key decisions on leadership structure, career levels, and headcount allocation by functional area. Members can compare their workforce structure with a peer group of health care organizations.

Is my data secure?
SullivanCotter protects client data in transit using encrypted transport (TLS 1.2 or higher) and protects data at rest using encryption (AES 256), least-privilege access controls, and centralized secrets management. We also scan user-uploaded files for malware before storage.
